Terms
Service agreement
These terms describe the use of PlayOption, including trading, non-trading operations, settlement, responsibilities, and restrictions.
1. Formation and scope
By creating a profile on the PlayOption website or by starting to use the Services, you agree to this Service Agreement and the related policies.
This Agreement applies to trading services, non-trading operations, deposits, withdrawals, settlements, fees, account management, community operations, support, security, disputes, and all related functionality on the platform.
2. Definitions
The main terms used in this Agreement are interpreted as follows.
- Client Area: the web interface used to manage account, trading, and non-trading operations
- Client: any eligible individual or permitted entity using the Services under this Agreement
- Company: the legal entity operating PlayOption and its successors
- Client Profile: the registration data and settings stored on the Company’s servers
- Trading Account: the account provided to the client for trading operations
- Trading Operation: binary or round-based trades executed through the platform interface
- Non-trading operations: deposits, withdrawals, exchange, and balance reflection
- Trading Server: the server that records, processes, and settles orders and statistics
- Trading Terminal: the interface used to configure and submit trades
3. Registration and verification
You must provide accurate and current information. False information, impersonation, duplicate accounts, shared accounts, and violations of age or residency requirements are prohibited.
We may require identity verification, address verification, payment method verification, additional documents, phone verification, or other reasonable verification steps.
You must keep login data, authentication methods, and device access secure and notify us immediately if unauthorized access or account theft is suspected.
4. Nature of the service
PlayOption is a web-based trading service. You select a product in the trading terminal and the result is settled according to the configured expiry and comparison rules.
Execution speed, displayed quotes, settlement timing, and balance reflection can vary depending on internet quality, server status, payment processing, and liquidity conditions.
5. Trading operations
You choose the asset, direction, amount, period, and expiry conditions in the trading terminal and submit an order. After the order reaches the server, it is executed according to system processing order and market conditions.
The displayed price and the server-side execution price may differ. The final result is determined at expiry under the applicable comparison rule.
6. Binary and round-based trading
Depending on configuration, PlayOption may offer binary trading and round-based trading. Both products involve a defined amount and a result determined later.
For binary trades, stake and fee may be deducted at order time; if voided, the principal and fee may be refunded according to policy.
For round-based trades, settlement depends on the configured comparison result at the end of the round.
7. Non-trading operations
Non-trading operations include deposits and withdrawals. These are processed only through the relevant functions in the Client Area.
We may require withdrawal methods to match the deposit method when necessary for AML/CTF or security reasons.
Minimum amounts, processing times, exchange rates, and fees may vary by payment provider and internal policy.
8. Settlement and balance reflection
When a trade result is confirmed, our settlement systems reflect the outcome in the balance. Winning trades increase the balance according to the applicable payout rate and losing trades reduce the relevant amount.
Void or tie outcomes may be refunded under the product rules.
Balance updates may be real-time or near real-time, and temporary delays may occur because servers, settlement workers, fee distribution, and payment systems operate in sequence.
9. Prohibited conduct
You must not engage in conduct that abuses the platform or creates unfair advantage.
- False information, impersonation, multiple accounts, shared accounts
- Bots, macros, scripts, or unauthorized automation tools
- Exploiting bugs, delays, errors, or vulnerabilities
- Unauthorized hedging, copy-trading abuse, or collusive trading
- Bonus abuse, payment manipulation, money laundering, or fraud
- Harassment, threats, defamation, or false statements against the Company or others
- Violation of laws, sanctions, AML/CTF rules, or country restrictions
10. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your own trading decisions. We do not provide individualized investment advice or guarantee profits.
You acknowledge that trading can result in losses and that you may lose some or all of the funds used on the platform.
You are responsible for complying with the laws, taxes, payment rules, and financial regulations that apply in your country or region.
11. Company rights and limitations
We may limit, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain platform stability, security, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention.
We may also restrict certain assets, countries, payment methods, or user groups temporarily or permanently.
We may amend terms, operational rules, fee policies, settlement rules, event conditions, or community rules with notice. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Risk disclosure
Trading is inherently risky, and you may lose all funds committed to trades.
Results depend on volatility, execution timing, product rules, expiry conditions, and system status.
Online services may be affected by technical errors, network delays, payment failures, third-party outages, and maintenance windows.
13. Communication and notices
The main communication channels between you and the Company are support channels, email, site messages, and notices.
We may send security notices, policy updates, account verification requests, and settlement-related alerts when necessary.
14. Complaints and disputes
Disputes regarding trade results, deposits, withdrawals, settlements, fees, account restrictions, or policy application should first be handled through support and written procedures.
We may rely on server logs, order logs, settlement snapshots, and security events during review, and technical records take priority.
15. Termination
You may request termination by deleting your account or by written notice. Some records may be retained after termination if required by law, compliance, pending withdrawals, or unresolved disputes.
We may terminate or restrict access without prior notice if we determine that you violated this Agreement, AML/CTF obligations, or country restrictions.
16. Governing law and venue
This Agreement and any dispute arising from the use of the Services are governed by the law and jurisdiction we publish for the platform unless a different legal notice applies.
